This Refund Policy explains the billing, cancellation, and refund procedures for Webilaa, a product of Poweredly (Pvt) Ltd. By subscribing to our services, you agree to this policy.
Webilaa operates on a subscription model (monthly or annually). When you subscribe, you are billed in advance for the upcoming billing cycle. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each cycle unless you cancel it prior to the renewal date.

In the rare event of a technical error resulting in an accidental duplicate charge on your credit card or bank account, please contact our support team immediately. Upon verification, duplicate charges will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime. However, if Webilaa experiences an extended, critical system outage directly caused by our infrastructure that severely impacts your ability to do business, you may contact support. Refunds or account credits for outages are issued entirely at the discretion of Poweredly (Pvt) Ltd on a case-by-case basis.
If your Webilaa account is suspended or permanently terminated by our administrators due to a violation of our Terms of Service or WhatsApp's Commerce Policies, you will not be entitled to any refund for the remainder of your subscription period.
If you have any questions about a charge on your account, please reach out to us before disputing the charge with your bank. We are happy to review your account history and resolve any legitimate billing errors.
