These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Webilaa, a WhatsApp automation platform operated by Poweredly (Pvt) Ltd. By creating an account or using Webilaa, you agree to these Terms.
Webilaa is a WhatsApp commerce automation platform that enables businesses to automate customer interactions, sales, bookings and order management via WhatsApp. Webilaa is a product of Poweredly (Pvt) Ltd ("we", "us", "our").
To use Webilaa you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or are used for unlawful purposes.
Webilaa is offered as a subscription service. Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen billing cycle. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. You will be notified of any price changes with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
There are no setup fees. Subscription begins immediately upon successful payment.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. After that, your account and data will be scheduled for deletion within 90 days.

Webilaa uses WhatsApp connectivity via third-party APIs. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of WhatsApp through Webilaa complies with WhatsApp's Terms of Service and all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. We are not affiliated with WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms Inc.
All content, design, code and materials within the Webilaa platform are the intellectual property of Poweredly (Pvt) Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without prior written consent.
You retain ownership of all business content you add to the platform (products, descriptions, images). By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store and display it as necessary to operate the service.
Webilaa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of Webilaa is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any loss of revenue, customers, data or business arising from service downtime, WhatsApp policy changes, third-party service failures or any other indirect damages.
Your use of Webilaa is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Webilaa platform at any time with reasonable notice. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice or refund.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Webilaa shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of Webilaa after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
